Return & Exchange

We are taking utmost care and all the necessary precautions to maintain santization in our warehouse. In order to maintain our hygiene during this time, we are NOT ACCEPTING exchange of readymade garments.

-In the rare event that you are not satisfied with our product, you can simply contact us with your purchase details within 2 days of you receiving your order.
-We do not allow Refund and Cancellation of orders once placed. The customer is eligible to exchange the product as per our exchange policy. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
-We also do not encourage exchange more than once unless the products were found damaged upon receipt.
-We don’t accept returns of products purchased from the SALE section. We also DO NOT accept returns of products bought during any promotional offers/discounts. Alterations of heavily discounted items by us are chargeable additionally based on the extent of rework involved. Customized products, Saris that have tassles made, fall stitched – either by you or by us for you – CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
-You can start a return by emailing, Please allow 3-5 days for returns or exchanges to be processed
-If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost, Shipping and COD charges are non refundable

NOTE: Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 48 hours of receiving the product would not be accepted.
